Admin Console Overview

The Admin Console is the central configuration hub where company administrators set up and manage settings for their ActionAtlas tenant. This overview provides essential information about your company account, user management, and system configuration.

Admin Overview Dashboard

The Admin Overview Dashboard presents key metrics and information about your ActionAtlas account at a glance. This centralized view helps administrators monitor usage, license allocation, and user activity efficiently.

Account & License Information

Key metrics displayed on your dashboard:

  • Account Users - Total number of users across all types
  • Active Freelancers - Current number of freelancers in the system
  • Available Freelancer Licenses - Remaining freelancer licenses
  • Licensed Team Members - Current number of internal users
  • Available Team Member Licenses - Remaining team member licenses
Admin Actions

Common administrative tasks you can perform:

  • Configure security settings
  • Manage user access and permissions
  • Customize platform branding
  • Import and export data
  • Configure billing and financial settings

User Geographic Activity

Available to Advanced and Enterprise plan subscribers, the Geographic Activity Map visually represents where account login and user activity is occurring across the globe.

Note: The User Geographic Activity feature helps identify unusual login patterns and provides insights into your team's global distribution and activity hours.

Admin Console Sections

The Admin Console is organized into several key sections to help you manage different aspects of your ActionAtlas implementation:

  • Security - Manage password policies, multi-factor authentication, and SSO configuration
  • User Management - Add and remove users, assign roles and permissions
  • Customization - Configure branding and platform appearance settings
  • Data Management - Import and export data, perform bulk operations
  • Billing & Financial - Manage subscription plans, billing details, and financial settings

Tip: Access to specific sections of the Admin Console is determined by your user role. Only users with Administrator privileges can access all sections.
