Branding

Customize the look and feel of your ActionAtlas instance to align with your brand identity.

Accessing Branding Settings

To customize your ActionAtlas branding:

  1. Log into your ActionAtlas account with administrator privileges
  2. Navigate to Administration from the main navigation menu
  3. Select Company Settings from the left sidebar
  4. Click on the Branding tab

Favicon

The favicon is the small icon that appears in browser tabs when users access your ActionAtlas instance:

Favicon Requirements:
  • Recommended size: 40x40px
  • Format: PNG with transparent background
  • Maximum file size: 1MB
To Upload Your Favicon:
  1. In the Branding settings, locate the Favicon section
  2. Click Upload Image or drag and drop your file
  3. Preview how your favicon will appear in browser tabs
  4. Click Save to apply changes

Note: Browser cache may need to be cleared for users to see the new favicon immediately. You may want to notify your users about this change.

Company Details

Configure how your company name appears within ActionAtlas and set up a custom URL:

Available Settings:
  • Display Name: The name your managed users will see when they access ActionAtlas
  • Vanity URL: A custom subdomain for your ActionAtlas instance (example: yourcompany.actionatlas.com)

Note: Changing the display name will not change the company name in your agreement with ActionAtlas. For agreement name changes, please contact support.

To Update Company Details:
  1. Enter your preferred display name in the Display Name field
  2. Specify your desired subdomain in the Vanity URL field
  3. Click Save to apply changes

Important: Changing your Vanity URL will affect how users access your ActionAtlas instance. Be sure to communicate this change to all users in advance.
