Removing a Licensed User

Follow these steps to remove a licensed user from your ActionAtlas account.

Step 1: Navigate to Administration User Management

From the main navigation menu, click on Administration and then select User Management from the sidebar.

Step 2: Click on the user status

Find the user you want to remove and click on their current status (Example: Active).

  • When clicked, the status change will impact immediately and change the user's status to Inactive.
  • Another click will shift the user status from Inactive to Archived.

Important: When a user is moved to Archived status, their license is returned to your account. All data associated with that user and all reference points remain intact.

Note: ActionAtlas does not delete users to maintain data integrity. An archived user's information will still appear in historical records, comments, and project logs.
